26日凌晨，在印尼廖内群岛卡里门附近的新加坡海峡，“Marcopolo 188”驳船在遭到强风袭击后发生集装箱移位导致严重倾斜，几乎沉没。事故发生时这艘载有数十个集装箱的驳船在从北干巴鲁被拖船“MEGA DAYA 43”拖拽到新加坡的途中。
大约有12个集装箱掉入海中。搜救队已部署，据报驳船已稳定，已经被拖到新加坡。
MEGA DAYA 43号拖轮，IMO 9862530，载重239,2018年建造，挂印度尼西亚国旗。
