昨天，葫芦岛海事局发布航行警告，从8月6日4时30分至19时，将在渤海北部局部范围内进行军事演习。禁止驶入。同时，连云港海事局也发布航行警告：8月6日至8月15日每日8时至18时，在黄海南部局部范围内进行实弹射击，禁止驶入。
